Thoughts:
Because 4G technology is more mature than 3G technology.It can provide more rapid dissemination speed, higher-quality multimedia communications.
In Taiwan, Because 4G, our wireless network environment get more and more faster. It means we can sent and get more data through internet. So we can do more thing in m-learning.
