First Time in Taiwan

Welcome to Taiwan!
If you are first time in Taiwan, there is something you need to know for example 
  1. Looking for English Speaking Partner: If you are exchange students then, please contact with your university to find an English speaking partner for you. If you are visitor you may contact travel agent for English speaking person.
  2. Getting Map: In Taiwan all train station and MRT station have English information center and map. For foreign people MRT is very convenient to travel.
  3. Cell Phone:  Prepaid SIMs are available everywhere, including convenience store. However, you may need  to show two forms of ID to buy a SIM in Taiwan.
  4. Opening a Bank Account: Required Documents: Alien Certificate of Residence, Passport, For students (Student ID), Stamp (Chop) (in Chinese names)

  7. Hello~~~I am Enamul's classmate i had saw ur blog,maybe can add another language,maybe Chinese,or Japanese but that is not necessary.Because i think in Taiwan,many people can't read English very well,so if can add another language that will over the top.

  9. Interesting subject for research, hope the new comers in Taiwan will find necessary information from this. But need more time to make it enriched with all information about Taiwan. Moreover, it can add spice if you show us Daily dose of Taiwanese language and its English meaning. Keep working.. I like it. :-).....
